Undergraduate Degree in related field, eg. Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Economics. 5+ years of banking/financial services credit or operational risk management. Proficient in
advising and producing quantitative results using SAS, SQL, Oracle, or similar software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products. Demonstrated ability in providing superior credit
and/or operational risk solutions. Demonstrated ability in project management. Strong written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills. 3+ years in Collection’s Risk Management and 2+ years in team management preferred.
