Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet hiring targets for experienced analytic professionals.
- Source, screen, and select experienced candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Develop and execute an engagement and contact strategy for recruiting passive candidates.
- Manage all logistics surrounding the interviewing process.
- Lead candidate evaluation discussions post interviews.
- Coordinate offer extension with account manager and client.
- Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in recruiting for company with >$1B in revenue or recruiting firm that specializes in analytic recruiting.
- Strict Requirement- Experience recruiting professionals who work with SAS, SQL and other analytic software. This would include experience recruiting professionals who work in analytic functions such as database marketing or credit risk. Examples include recruiting professionals in loss forecasting, statistical modeling, predictive modeling, big data, statisticians, etc.
- Experience using ATS, social media for recruiting and utilize a multidimensional approach to recruiting.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to talk on the phone with ease and confidence.
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Superior time and task management skills.
- Proactive approach and ability to tackle unstructured or unfamiliar problems.
