Responsibilities/job duties for this position:
- Responsible for executing and managing daily optimizations across digital channels with a heavy emphasis on client reporting.
- Plans and executes device specific mobile, lead generating display, paid social media, content distribution and branding campaigns. Is knowledgeable about vendor offerings.
- Understands how to plan and execute direct response TV, and newspaper.
- Troubleshoots with 3rd party adserver digital tagging, tracking, and adserving issues. Hands on knowledge of media visor and adserver reporting with the ability to train planners and assistants.
- Leads gathering of digital and print specs.
- Works with Evidon or Trust E to manage OBA compliance contract and opt out.
- Responsible for third party ad verification reporting and necessary changes to the media plan based on learning.
- Writes POVs and is responsible for pulling comScore, emarketer, and adrelevance data.
- Participates in KPI development and works in tandem with analytics to merge paid media with site side analytics.
- Works in tandem with account management, production, and campaign management to ensure campaign execution.
- Skill set and experience required –
- Has worked on a direct response, retail, telecommunications or another account in which there is high volume and fast response time based on business conditions.
- Offline expertise with an understanding of online media planning and buying.
- Has excellent attention to detail, likes working with data and implements system of checks and balances to ensure accuracy.
- Possesses excellent written and verbal skills. Shows the ability to persuade.
- Demonstrates hands-on knowledge of syndicated research tools ( Adrelevance, emarketer, Comscore) and hand-on knowledge of digital reporting platforms (ad serving, website analytics, tagging, ad verification and OBA compliance)
- Ensures accuracy and thorough analysis by team members. Has examples of process implemented.
