Tealeaf Consultant
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in performing IBM Tealeaf implementations
- Experience in configuring Tealeaf data capture
- Experience in managing Tealeaf pipeline agents and privacy configuration
- Experience in creating Tealeaf events and dimensions
- Experience in creating Tealeaf custom reports and dashboards
- Experience monitoring and troubleshooting Tealeaf pipeline performance
- 5+ years of experience with Unix and Windows OS
- 2+ Years of experience with MS SQL Server preferred
- Familiarity with website and web server technology, including HTTP protocol, web cookies, HTML, javascript, and load balancing
Responsibilities
- Meet with business stakeholders to elicit business requirements
- Document business and system requirements
- Perform system configuration and custom report development
- Work with business users on tool usage questions and best practices
- Coordinate and collaborate with LOB web development teams on web changes impacting Tealeaf configuration
- Conduct demonstrations and perform Tealeaf training as required
