WEB ANALYST
The Digital Analyst is responsible for all web and digital analytics and reporting across a diverse, blue chip client base as well as help build an emerging practice area within the agency.
Education: BS/BA in business, economics, statistics, or related field
Experience: 1-3 years web analytics experience
Skills:
· Experience working with Omniture, Google Analytics and social media measurement utilities.
· Strong written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to create diagrammed and graphed information highlighting key data.
· Strong Excel capabilities including using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
· Logical and analytical thinker, with a high degree of pro-activeness in analyzing user behavior patterns using available data.
· Curious about learning new technologies to be more productive and efficient.
· Knowledge of paid media platforms, reporting, and optimization.
· Working knowledge of web technologies, search optimization and analytics implementation.
· Knowledge of statistics and statistical software packages (R, SAS, STATA) preferred.
· Knowledge of general scripting language and SQL is desirable.
Principal Accountabilities:
· Steer data-driven insights on visitor behavior by analyzing website data on traffic patterns, navigation behavior, and content engagement.
· Manage and clean data to measure website performance and build, maintain dashboards and monthly/quarterly reports
· For each digital initiative, identify content opportunities to support mission goals and key performance indicators, creating easy-to-understand reports that highlight performance and trends.
· Serve as liaison to client?s technology staff and partners (example: Adobe), with respect to improving the efficiency of implementations, usage and performance .
· Proactively identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve website effectiveness by drilling into website data in order to improve engagement and performance
SENIOR PAID SEARCH ANALYST
Responsible for managing a team of Paid Search Strategists and Paid Search Specialists who are responsible for analyzing, researching, and identifying relevant keyword and search terms, and effectively tracking key metrics, for various Bisk web sites. This position works closely with various members of the Marketing Department to strategize methods for delivering against key performance indicators via initiatives with major search engines. The Senior Paid Search Manager leads testing efforts for the paid search team, coordinates such efforts with the Media Buying team where appropriate, and serves as the team’s primary liaison with the Landing Page Testing team. This position will also manage third party relationships.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work directly with Brand and Paid Search teams to research and develop effective keywords for Bisk sites
• Work with the SEO Team to develop a long-term strategy to increase traffic driven by search engines
• Plan, traffic, and test pay-per-click campaigns, with solid analysis of campaign success
• Routinely develop and test new keywords to increase ROI of ad spend and reduce Cost per Student
• Develop business cases for major paid search initiatives and present business cases to Senior Management, Brand, Creative, and Technology teams
• Ensure that we have scalable processes, tools, and teams for best in class: keyword generation, keyword management, keyword bidding, copy testing, landing page testing, and any other core capability needed to maximize results against key performance indicators and eCommerce.
• Work closely with the Marketing Analysts to continue to develop and refine reporting and analysis that meets the Paid Search team’s needs in tracking and evaluating campaign performance
• Serve as the primary day-to-day team lead for direct relationships with key search engines and develop and leverage those relationships to ensure optimal knowledge of and ability to capitalize on current opportunities
• Serve as the primary point of contact with third party tracking and bidding tools, representing the users. Work closely with a counterpart on the Marketing Technology team fulfilling a similar role from the technological side.
• Be the subject matter expert for best practices and paid search/ecommerce trends across the company. Share that expertise via various channels including presentations, write-ups, and training sessions.
• Research and evaluate competitive search marketing efforts and identify new search, contextual marketing opportunities
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with any third party agencies running paid search campaigns, working with the agencies to deliver against contractual obligations and to optimize against KPIs
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
• Strong analytical skills to identify effective campaign metrics
• Must have experience and expert knowledge in keyword research, keyword analysis, competitive analysis. Google Certification a requirement
• Effective experience identifying and minimizing click fraud, thorough knowledge of major search engine interfaces and experience with sizeable PPC budgets utilizing countless keyword configurations
• Proven experience driving customer retention and web based conversion initiatives
• Minimum of four years-experience managing Paid Search campaigns
Education Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree from four-year College or University; or four+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA preferred.
SENIOR ANALYTICS ARCHITECT

The successful candidate will be responsible for solution design and implementation of Analytics and Optimization code in multiple customer environments. Work with national and international client accounts to deploy customized analytics solutions and improve the performance of customer websites and applications.
As a Senior Analytics Architect, you will work closely with our project managers and client development groups to create customized behavioral tracking and content optimization solutions. Best practices and design methods will be utilized to ensure the success of projects and reusability of code.
