Pricing manager with thorough understanding of Co-branded/Bankcard Programs and a deep understanding of the client/prospect needs.
Develop financial models for both client prospects and existing clients designed to create unique value
Act as a liaison between the Pricing, Strategic Markets and Client Sales, ,
Working in cross functional teams to supports the company’s vision of growth, business development and profit enhancement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for pricing (modeling) and creating Co-brand/Bankcard credit card program deal structures.
Builds business case using macro-economic indicators,
Create P&L/Cash flow statements and calculate NPV/IRR.
Participate in new business review discussions to clearly articulate and support the Co-brand/Bankcard credit program and financial models
Provides data analysis, modeling and client contract experience, as well as broad based business experience.
Accountable for the quality and statistical validity of analyses and presentations.
Provides pre-sales guidance and participates in discussions across different functional teams to identify opportunities and create innovative solutions.
Identifies opportunities and solutions to meet profitability and/or growth goals. Self generates at least some portion of the team’s workload based on a.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor Degree in Finance or related discipline
* 3 – 5 years of experience:
* Bankcard Credit card and/or Co-brand Credit card experience in the Financial Services field
* Excellent communication skills with focus on technical writing, negotiation, and oral presentation
* Advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and basic knowledge of Access
* Demonstrated day to day and long-term strategic thinking; ability to have vision for the direct team and proven ability to motivate them to perform at a high level.
* Desired: Knowledge of macroeconomics, general knowledge of the business environment, business acumen and knowledge of the business aspects of a credit card portfolio (revenues and expenses)
